Is delivery free?

Yes. All watches include free tracked delivery across South Africa.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders are packed and dispatched locally from Rustenburg, South Africa.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your area and courier route.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout is processed securely through PayFast.

Do the watches come gift-ready?

Yes. All watches include gift-ready presentation packaging.

Are the watches waterproof?

No watch should be treated as fully waterproof. Our Roulette watches are rated to 30m and intended for light splash exposure only. Our Pool Table watches are supplier-rated to 30m. To protect any watch, avoid swimming, showering, bathing, hot water, steam, and prolonged or heavy water exposure.

Can I return a watch?

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided the watch is unused, unworn, complete, and in its original condition and packaging. All returns must be approved before being sent back. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
