All In Watches covers genuine manufacturing defects in line with our Refund, Returns & Warranty Policy.
What is covered?
The warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects confirmed after inspection. Warranty support applies to the original purchaser and proof of purchase may be required.
What is not covered?
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage from use
- Impact damage, drops, or misuse
- Water damage caused by incorrect use or heavy water exposure
- Damage caused by showering, swimming, steam, hot water, or bathing
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Battery replacement unless confirmed as a fault on arrival
- Loss, theft, or damage after delivery

Inspection
Warranty claims may require inspection before a repair, replacement, or other remedy is approved. Items must be returned in suitable packaging to avoid damage during courier handling.
