Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete.

7. Courier Handling and Delivery Issues

Once your order has been dispatched, the parcel is handled by a third-party courier. We will assist where possible with delivery issues, tracking queries, damaged parcels, or missing deliveries.

All In Watches cannot be held responsible for courier delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges caused by incorrect delivery details, customer unavailability, or failure to collect where collection is required.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect information or failed delivery, additional delivery fees may apply before the order can be resent.
